My experience!! The road i went down and the price i paid

My life was great until i hit 30. My awesome husband wanted to do something special for me and it backfired on him. He threw a surprise birthday party for me. Nice gesture huh? Some not so good people showed that really was"nt our type of people we would normally socialize with. ANd thats where my nightmare began. I was a great mother (PTO) car pull mother had the kool aid house in a nice up scale middle class enviroment. Well the Devil Cocain came into my home and ripped my family apart. Now im here to give any advise i can just to help someone in their life if i can. Im an open book to anyone who is serious. Drugs take away everything you love, own it takes yourlife away! Now i am 38 and in 8 years i lost the love of my life my kids are not living all together they are older grown i have one minor child in which he resides with his father and it works out for now. Im here for any parents with questions any women with children. Anyone who is serious. This is no joke! I would of been the last one to do what iv done if you would of asked anyone who knew me.

Hi addiction is for life, Welcome to SupportGroups.com . Did you use cocaine, your husband or you both? Are you in recovery from it or still using? If you are in recovery, what did you do to help yourself? If it was your husband, are you in Alanon and/or Naranon? Keep sharing with us. We are here for you. ((((hugs))))
