Hi Susie, Have you talked to your doctor about what is going on? Have you see a counselor/therapist? Maybe check in your area for a face to face support group for those who have divorced. I know some who have divorced. For some, it has taken a while to heal from it. Just depends on the person, what happened, what all is involved in the divorce like kids, dividing things up, whether there was an affair that was the cause of it - so many things. Maybe talking with a professional would help you. Maybe also keep a journal where you can write in. Some people find journaling helpful. If you do decide to journal, make sure you keep it in a place for your eyes only. Keep sharing with us here. We are here for you. ((((hugs))))
