Still no good

After today...
I got myself a pizza with bacon on it, and ate half (with dipping sauce), and a bag of m&ms, and about 5 Doubl Stuf Oreos.
I just finished getting rid of them all.
Rather... trying. I didn't get it all. I am so mad at myself that I ate so much and kept some of it down. Isn't that horrible? I'd rather eat nothing than keep down a couple slides of pizza, after not keeping anything down all day.

I completely understand you. The days when I can't purge those many chocolate chip cookies I've eaten or that bag of chips I just ate at one go, I cry for failing to throw it back up. But then, at the realization that I am crying for my failed attempt to purge the calorie-galore I binged on, more tears come down for becoming so dependent on this monster. The culprit at the moment, it seems, is the tempting food we just ate, thus, like you said, eating nothing would be loads better. But the culprit, in the end, is our own selves. To stop the cycle takes a lot of effort. Don't beat your self up over it because tomorrow is always another day. Tomorrow, say NO to those foods that cause us to purge and say YES to control and more healthy foods.
