Day 1, again

I'm trying again after secretly going back to binging and purging about two months ago. I'm frustrated, embarrassed, and ashamed. I want to enjoy food in a normal and healthy way. I'm shocked at my own habits, and I can't believe I started doing this again after I worked so hard to stop the last time. I need to make a permanent change in my thinking and habits. I want to maintain a weight that is healthy without resorting to habits which harm my body.
