Facebook, friend or foe...

So anyway, I'm a total binge eater. But I've been getting better over the past few weeks and I've been on anti-depressants over the last few weeks too and things are looking optimistic. But because over the last few weeks my binging got so out of hand I gained weight...well my first night out in ages (and I mean months, because i was so depressed) with some friends, pictures were put up on facebook. I was so disheartened by the person staring back at me.

I just look at her in disgust. i'm so mad at myself for letting it get this far, oh how could i? I know i can drop this easily, I'm always out walking and have recently started swimming. It's just sometimes you think you're getting somewhere and ya get another kick in the teeth to knock you sideways again. I guess I just have to suck it up and deal with it, I feel like there's an enormous panic on me now to get this weight of ASAP. I hope it doesn't go the other way and I get too depressed over it to care or like before, I get so involved that I am so crazily mindful about everything that goes in. Here's hoping anyway...
