Arrghh! A bad day

Started off the day alright, well normal. Next thing started to binge and did not stop for about 4 hours, chocolate and sweets...I didn't want it...why do i do this to myself?
Now I just feel gross and bad about what I did...like I didn't need to do that at all. It's just so frustrating. 6 days binge free (and I wasn't dieting or anything or abstaining from any food, so it wasn't a craving) and then I just went nuts and couldn't stop.

Feel so full now...it makes me really sad that I've done that, I hate that feeling. I know I should be more optimistic and this was a bad day...I even made a mental resolution that if I was going to binge I was going to do in front of everyone...and stop hiding, but I didn't I just hid it, like i always do.

I would just love to be better already...be stronger!

Don't worry that you have binged.. some days are much harder than others but knowing what you are doing and wanting to change it, is a big step.. I know you want to be fixed overnight but this is a journey you are on, and going through the journey is going to make you a much stronger person!!
Do you know what triggered the binge?? stay stong sweetie.. it WILL get better!!! xx
