Attempt
Mostly restricted today. I ate a little to keep my metabolism up and had a full dinner. At dinner I decided, like I do at random times, to be healthy- if not for yourself than do it for those around you. So I had a little more to snack on after dinner. Not too much that it would freak me out but more than I planned. And yet I couldn't even get to a normal amount for a day. I know for my weight I Gould have 1400 calories. I only planned to have 400 and I ended up having 650. I am proud of myself for increasing it but I feel so full! Gotta stay strong. I know it wasn't nearly enough but it's a start in the right direction.
