Feelings.. back then, pushed down and lost in an ocean of chaos, sober and dry we breathe life anew. Sharp, let loose every emotion raw, powerless and unfixed, our spiritual journey begins as reality bites .. we learn to cherish every experience in the imperfectly perfect moment of now

Freedom and liberty. We need to learn what freedom and liberty involves in recovery. As we come understand humility and responsibility, we learn from our actions, our attitudes and behaviour. We keep changing as we become comfortable in our own skin. Sometimes we will feel the burn as we tread on the toes of others, and hot from mistakes. How else can we find ourselves? Life is the journey, reality our teacher, with every person, place and situation as it may be today..
