adhd

i have not officially been diagnosed with adhd yet but i have been told by my treatment team many times that i do have it. i get soo hyper and impulsive and i have sensitive sensory issues with sight and sounds. i guess i get over whelmed and start to get very upset. my concentration level is also very bad.. as a child i was diagnosed with add but now they think adhd.. its very difficult for me because no one understands that i cant control it. i know its annoying but i would chill out if i could.
