Adderall withdrw Please help!!

I am geting off adderall and i know that the withdraw symtoms are bad and i need some help from people who have gone through this waht will help me through the day that will make me feel better. I will be at school. Also if you are a recovering amphetimiate addict can you lease tell me what i should expect.

All I know is you should never do it 'cold turkey'...Call your Dr. and if you start feeling Really bad and shaky,racing heart etc...In my opinion ,you should at minimal got the school nurse and tell her the truth..maybe she will have something there to keep u safe until you get professional Real medical help.

Havent been to any NA meeting yet but found one i will be attending soon just been realy buysy and my mom is nervous to send me im reay trying to push her to take me asap. Hopfully next Thursday will be my first real step to sobriety. Thnks for all the help.

Get some curcurim and l-tyrosine. Other than that, make sure you have support and if you think you'll harm yourself, tell someone.
