How do I Join?
Joining is really easy. Click here to begin the registration process. The whole process just takes a few minutes and then you are ready to go. After you sign up, we will send you an activation email. Go to your email, click on the link and your registration is complete.
How do I Create a New Support Group Topic?
After you log in you can click here to create a new Support Group topic. You can also go to a Support Group which will have a link on the top of the page to create a new topic for that Support Group.
How do I Create a New Journal to Share My Story?
After you log in you can click here to create a new Journal.
How Can I Update My Profile?
The Profile Page is a place where you can share some more information about yourself to the support group community. If you have already registered then just follow the steps below:
- Log In
- Click on My Account which is found on the upper left side of the site.
- Click on the Edit Button.
- Fill in or edit any of the fields and click save.
How Do I Upload an Image to my Profile?
Your Profile Image will be seen throughout the site when you post in a forum, create a journal etc. Follow the steps below.
- Log In
- Click on My Account which is found on the upper left side of the site.
- Click on the Edit Button.
- Scroll down to the Picture Box and click on Choose File. Maximum dimensions are 100x100px and the maximum size is 30 kB.
- Choose and Image from your computer.
- Scroll down and click Save
How Can I Create a Journal and Share my Story
If you have already registered then just follow the steps below:
- Log In
- Go to Share Your Story
- Click on Create a Journal
- Add a Title, choose a Journal Category, create your journal entry in the Body section and click Save
- Your Journal has been created. You can view it in the related Journal/Share Your Shory Category
What do I do if I forgot my password?
- Click on Request New Password
- Enter your username or email address
- Click on E-mail new password and then check your mail for the new information.
